Naturally Better
Up to 70% of the components in our foam are derived from plants. The manufacturing process is ozone friendly and has a low carbon footprint. Our surfboard cores are 100% biodegradable, and certified by the EcoBoard Project, so they can be used to make Level One and Gold Level certified Ecoboards*.

Shaper Friendly
Our blanks shape easily by hand and machine. No toxic VOCs are released during the shaping process, so they are safer for shapers and the planet. With naturally hydrophobic cells, our foam absorbs up to 30% less resin than a standard PU blank.
